Justification and characters alignment

The vertical alignment of characters is controlled by the <ALIGN> tag. The <ALIGN> tag sets either the base line or the top of the characters as a base for printing.
Horizontal alignment is controlled by <RIGHT>, <CENTER>, <JUSTIFY> and <DECIMAL> tags.
vpxPrint keeps track of the changes of font, size or attributes to justify lines at the best. New keywords <INDENT> and </INDENT> manage a left shift to build paragraphs with bullets or numbering.
Starting with 10.26d, <CENTER> and <RIGHT> allow to center or align to right the images.
