Defines a starting point.
Shapes (line, rectangle, ellipse or frame) need 2 points: the FROM point and the TO point.
After the <FROM> tag, the current coordinates (X and Y) are stored as 'FROM' point.
The next <RECT> or <LINE>, <FILLRECT>, <ELLIPSE> or <FRAME>, etc. directives will use this starting point.
The <FROM> syntax is used instead of the bookmark notation to get a lighter code.
