The evaluation version:

•The evaluation version is a fully functional version of vpxPrint, allowing to test any function.

•Without license, all pages appear with a "DEMO" text.

•If you use the PDF plugin, a warning is issued and only three pages are exported.

Why register ?

When registering your vpxPrint copy, you will receive an "xprint.lic" license file containing your registration key, it must be installed in sysWow64 and system32 for 32/64bit systems.

License topics:

•A license is associated to one site / one server.

(one specific license is required for each client site, for each server)

•Each license allows a given number of physical PC's (see below). If a user works with vpxPrint on several PC's, several occurrences are counted.
It's not a floating license, the first time a PC uses vpxPrint, it is counted.

•The first license, called "development license" (or "first license"), is required to open the right to additional licenses at a lower price:

ofor VAR users, this license is the "development license", limited to 10 developers.

•VARS can then purchase additional RUN-TIME licenses for their customers.

These licenses are lower cost, with a maximum of 50 PC's each.

ofor end users, this license is the "first license", limited to 50 PC's,

•if the number of PC's is greater than 50 or to adapt to the number of servers, additional RUN-TIME licenses can be acquired.

These extensions are lower cost, with a maximum of 50 PC's each.

•Note that "50 PCs" defines the limit in number of stations (up to 50...), it is sufficient for the vast majority of customers who will therefore only have one license to acquire.

This does not allow to set a license price with less users by a rule of three.

•In case of small number of users, the SAAS option is available with an annual subscription. Fore more information, please contact us.

•PDF extension is a distinct option.

Maintenance and support:

•Each license is delivered with one year of support and maintenance.

•During this one-year period, all updates are free and our support team will efficiently assist you in resolving any issues or answering your questions.

•After this first period, you will be offered an additional yearly support contract in order to continue to benefit from recent versions and technical support.

Note:

Some major updates may however be subject to an additional cost (ie version 9 -> version 10)
